I've had the pleasure of working with cross-functional teams of Content Managers, Front and Back End Developers, UX and Visual Designers to manage website CMS migrations, proprietary builds as well as site maintenance backlog implementations. While each project was unique in nature they all shared a similar format in project structure to successfully accomplish launch goals.
